Jaguar numbers up at study sites in Central, South America, conservation group says

Jaguar numbers at specific study sites in Central and South America are rising, based on surveys over the past decade and a half by the Wildlife Conservation Society.

Elizabeth Bennett, vice president of species conservation at WCS, said that the gains resulted from partnerships with local communities, government agencies and other conservation groups.
